Description
This project aims to simultaneously solve the finishing of the existing building strip through a single building, and follow the aesthetic and fucntional requirements determined in the AUDI Image Program. In general, an attempt was made to follow the important guidelines defined in the plan for the area, namely: the recovery and rehabilitation of the Arco do Pintado building complex, the resolution of the finishing of the building band with a "green" structure and the definition of a lowered square in order to leave the façade of historic builing free.
