Description
Urban rehabilitation assumes special relevance in the valorization of cities as it promotes the qualification of the housing stock and achieves a more harmonious and sustainbale overall functioning through the requalification and revitalization of urban spaces, particularly the most degraded, abandoned and disqualified areas. The aim of this urban requalification was to integrate the rehabilitation of the existing urban fabric, which is disqualified and devalued, while maintaining the urban and real estate heritage, either wholly or substantially, by updating and modernizing through remodeling or improving the urban infrastructure systems, equipment and urban or green spaces for collective use.
