Description
This proposal aims to improve the quality of the built urban environment by intervening in the consolidation of the housing development in which it is located. The framework of the proposal aims to respect environmental protection and integration into the image of the area. Additionaly, road situations, including circulation operations, parking and loading and unloading, are minimized as various solutions primarily considered within the lot.

Green areas emerge within the lot and along the roads, serving as permeable surfaces and providing context for the buildings. The volumes exhibit an affinity in their formal language and a shared genealogy that provies a uniform character to the ensemble. The buildings also assert a tectonic character through the presence of the reinforced concrete pillar grid that defines the envelope, combining structural, functional and aesthetic dimensions.
